Payment
IDS Web Hosting will send you the invoice prior to the payment due date, depending on the billing cycle. In case, no payment is received within 7 days, a reminder will be sent to you for the payment.
If you still miss the payment even after receiving the reminder, then we hold the right to suspend your account and cancel all your services straightaway. For resuming the services, an additional charge of 30% on your earlier billed invoice will be charged as a penalty.
Suspensions
In the event of non-payment, IDS Web Hosting reserves the right to suspend the services, and we shall not be held accountable for any loss or damage that you may have to incur due to the disruption of such service(s) that were being availed from us.
We undertake no responsibility for the integrity and security of the data and information stored on a suspended server.
Cancellations
IDS Web Hosting requires a seven day notice for all cancellations, prior to the billing renewal date. A 7 day notice is also mandatory for any downgrades or changes in the plan or services so undertaken from IDS Web Hosting. In case, no notice of cancellation is provided within the stated time period, a termination fee of $25 shall be applied to the account, which the client is liable to pay within a period of 15 days.
Refund Policy
- IDS Web Hosting offers a 30 days money back guarantee, excluding any setup fees or domain registrations. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund your money, upon receiving a request within a period of 15 days from the day of availing the service.
- Money will not be refunded for the taxes which are paid on products and services taken from IDS Web Hosting, and/or any fee paid to third parties.
- No refund is offered on trial packages, domain ordering, VPS, or any add-ons. Also, no refund will be made on suspension or cancellation of services due to violation of the terms and conditions and the AUP.
- The refund amount shall be credited to the respective account within a period of 60 days of cancellation or suspension of the account.
